- The workplace seemed unprepared for university graduates, with little structure or training provided - though I might have been unlucky because the more experienced engineer who I was supposed to be learning from had left soon after I started. - Weak safety culture.. improperly stored chemicals everywhere and overly casual approach by management, leaky machines, safety and cleaning SOPs not followed, this is a bad accident waiting to happen. - Not much sense of salary progression or career development - No sick pay given and long notice period - Low stress but flip side is that it felt undemanding, little sense of expectations or professional development. Ambitious people might feel frustrated or stifled in this role. - Site location isn't great, no nice shops or places for lunch nearby, not near town centre.

Very disorganised and chaotic lack of communication and organisation. Colleagues are with low morale, and the job is depressing. Unsafe workplace, with a lot of chemicals. Everything is leaking because of poor maintenance. No sick pay and lack of career progression, just empty promises. Employees are treated differently depend on how close they are with management.
