Good concept - but really hasn't been realised after 7 years Amazing staff get employed - unfortunately aren't able to do the job they were employed to do

Cons

- Minimal long term strategy if any - Staff are set up to fail with the ever changing priorities - Questionable behaviour by some senior members of the organisation - Very high staff turnover - Below average salaries

- Several talented employees - Encouragement to WFH (a lot of employees aren't near to the offices but they are fine with that)

- Poor leadership (especially CEO) - Snakey coworkers - Lack of knowledge by CEO worsened by a lack of wanting to listen/thinking they know better - Poor salary/below national average (department to department)

Great staff, hideous management

Some fantastically talented and friendly people working together to get this start-up off the ground. All massively supportive of each other despite toxic management. Everyone believes in the product - if some of the fundamentals change, it has the potential to be an amazing company.

Cons

Progress made impossible thanks to the CEO. Rather than letting staff get on with the job he is constantly changing priorities, dropping and picking up new agencies, overlooking the expertise of staff and changing peoples job remit, roles and titles against their will. Speak up or argue to do what is right, and you get let go. We've lost a dozen or so people in the last few months because of this. Expectation to cancel holidays, work evenings, weekends and drop personal plans when requested and with very little notice. Dodgy practices going on because people are being forced by management to go against best practices.
