      The business has a fantastic customer base with innovative and leading technology that provides everyone within the business with really great opportunities. Change is being is implemented to enable the company grow globally working with really smart people in the company and at the customers

      Pros

      Small enough company to have your opinions heard and management (In London) do listen to what you have to say. You can be more involved in a lot of different things due to the size of the company. Broad customer base across many different industries (Media&Entertainment, Finance, Oil + Gas etc.) Have some very good partners in the Media & Entertainment industry that allows you if working in support to have lots of exposure to the sector Relaxed office environment, with a new office move happening in the next couple of months to an exciting new location.

      Cons

      Lack of investment into staff. Career path feels undefined. Quiet periods can lead to boredom Lack of communication from Senior Management can be frustrating. No benefits other than a basic pension (Government mandated)

      Good technology. People are great to work with. With the changes coming we will be able to expand our already large portfolio

      Cons

      I dont agree with HR policy of handcuffing employees if they get training or they have to pay back the cost even if the training is required for their role
