      Small office setting which meant tight group of employees and clear accountability lines

      Pros

      Can try to start an IT company, you have to do all the thing of the boss.

      Cons

      Salary not stable. The company have started 15 years before but the old staff just worked half year. Found the company was changed name. The founder is a joke in the IT industry.
