Pros

It used to be a company with a great group of people who all supported each other. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore. Technology is cool - just not well organized and executed on.

Cons

There is another review in here about the incompetence of the CEO. That is true. One small example - It is strange to wake up to see on LinkedIn a post from the CEO about cash profitability and high growth for Anchore when a large number of people were laid off just a couple months ago and are still looking for work. Poor form and a lack of ability to understand the bigger picture, and making it about him being proud of himself and his career when he is making money and other people are out of work. Don't understand that at all.

Pros

- Good pay - Average benefits

Cons

- Manager provides little direction to the SDR team and rarely provides constructive feedback to the team - Majority of scheduled SDR team meetings are usually cancelled 10 minutes before the meeting starts - You're expected to respond to inbounds within 5 minutes regardless of the time or it’s frowned upon - Not a place to go if you want a solid career path - Manager responds to LiveChats and takes some of the inbounds instead of entrusting his SDR team to do what he hired them to do - They say they are building a culture around diversity and inclusion but you don’t feel that same energy when you’re an employee there - A lot of folks who are currently employed there came from the same company, so there’s a lot of favoritism amongst this group of folks because they worked together in the past

Dear Anchore Employee, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for providing your feedback. We agree that our compensation and benefits offerings are just one of the many reasons Anchore is a great place to work. Being competitive in the marketplace is a priority for us. As a company, we are continually working to expand and scale our teams and processes, always evolving and iterating. We are dedicated to creating a supportive working environment, where our managers play an active role in employee engagement and development. We support our people leaders through a series of training sessions where they gain the necessary skills and resources to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to our employees. We know that manager support and engagement is key to ensuring our teams are successful. We are sorry to hear that you do not feel like your experience to date represents the level of effort we put in to ensure a supported experience here at Anchore, and will ensure we continue to iterate and improve. Creating an inclusive and diverse culture, centered around our company values of kindness, openness and ownership, is core to who Anchore is as a company. While we constantly strive to increase our diversity, we value all of the experiences that our employees bring and treat everyone with respect. Again, we are disappointed to hear you feel that you do not experience this here at Anchore, and we would absolutely welcome a discussion surrounding this at any time so we can better understand your experiences, and work to improve. Thank you once again for your feedback. Alyse Bilstad Senior Manager, Human Resources
