      strong group recognition, good cars and recon standards, they actually follow a code of ethics (rare in the industry), decent insurance, competitive pay

      Cons

      long hours, no time for family that they claim to put first. Nepotism (You will never outsell the house mouse, but you will always be benchmarked by him), demand is down in 2024
