The biggest con is compensation. I worked here for just a year. Immediately after leaving, another company offered me $40k more per year. There is almost zero diversity, which truly sucked and made me very uncomfortable. There is that gender "split", with administrative employees being female and the "big guy" engineers being male. I was racially profiled and called a very derogatory name throughout my employment. I assume it was because I was the only person of my ethnicity at the office. This racial profiling was done by a higher up and even by members of my own team. The company had several rounds of layoffs, which seemed to happen at random. The technology was incredibly outdated. As someone who is Gen Z, it was hilarious to me that some of the technology seemed almost as old as I am. There are better employers and better opportunities out there.
