All members of leadership are very well experienced and created a plan centered towards growth and innovation complemented by a positive company culture . Employees are very knowledgeable in their expertise, supportive and kind. I trust that the company will succeed.
Cons
With a growth and innovation plan, it requires one to be agile and adaptable to change. They want to hear your ideas and thoughts. If you are one to keep to themselves, this will definitely push on out of their comfort zone!
