      High-growth creative environment where everyone is working for one big vision, hence great culture of support and teamwork. Ideas/suggestions are welcomed by top management, and if seen as high-impact ideas they are put into implementation at a high speed.

      Cons

      High-growth also means high-pressure to perform and meet targets. Hiring and firing are both done quickly.
