I have found that most people have been here a long time and everyone I have come across are really helpful and not shy of sharing their knowledge. Everyone really pulls together to make we deliver to customer expectations, on-time and in full. I'm really enjoying my time here so far.
Cons
No cons as yet, lots to sort out that will help things run a little smoother but people are keen to listen to my thoughts.
