I worked at Ann Summers part-time

    Pros

Fun with others otherwise nothing at all

    Cons

When I left I was in contact with head office. I sent my kit back immediately via the driver. Ann summers is now trying to take me to court stating my kit was not returned! I phoned them to let them know it was given to the driver as he would not sign to say he had it. That phone call was apparently never recorded! They have taken over 5 years to screw me over with solicitors about a kit they had returned! I have no reason whatsoever to keep a kit that had been used for parties etc. When I have contacted them to try to resolve this the manager I spoke to was very obnoxious and extremely rude!! Despite my efforts to find proof from 5 years ago and many attempts to sort this out they simply do not care! They have their kit, they are now also probably one way or another going to get double what they bargained for! As a company you should be seriously ashamed of yourselves!!!

    Advice to Management

Stop lying and treating people like dirt! Stop money grabbing just to make an extra buck! Absolutely disgraceful!!

I worked at Ann Summers part-time

    Pros

The interview was fun and the staff were very friendly. We were provided with full training. Competitions for selling most items in an hour.

    Cons

Personally I didn’t have any negative experiences working for Ann summers but I could have been paid a higher wage and been rewarded more for hard work.

    Advice to Management

Keep workers updated on new products coming In. Maybe delegate tasks more accordingly so the sake person isn’t more or less always doing the same job.
