Pros

Ansarada is one of those rare companies where Legal is genuinely seen as a strategic partner, not just a cost centre. From day one, you're working across a wide remit - commercial contracts, data privacy, enterprise deals, compliance, governance - which means your skills develop fast and in ways that a narrow in-house role simply wouldn't allow. The culture rewards curiosity. If you come in wanting to learn, you'll find the space to do it. The breadth of work across jurisdictions, deal types, and customer segments means every week brings something new. You're not approving the same template; you're actually problem solving and shaping how legal sits within the business. Cross-functional collaboration is genuinely embedded here. Legal works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and the technical teams, which gives you real commercial exposure and helps you build relationships across the business in a way that makes the legal function more effective. You become a trusted voice, not an obstacle. There's also real room for creativity in how you approach your role. Whether it's developing legal playbooks, improving processes, or finding smarter ways to manage risk at scale, you're encouraged to bring your own thinking and own your work. The team is ambitious, the product is genuinely interesting, and you're working with sophisticated counterparts (investment banks, PE firms, large corporates) which keeps the legal work commercially substantive.

Cons

The breadth that makes the role exciting can also mean you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching. You need to be self-directed and proactive - no one is going to hand you a rigid brief.

Pros

I’ve had an incredibly positive experience working at Ansarada. The culture is genuinely exceptional—collaborative, supportive, and built around high-performing people who care about doing great work and helping each other succeed. It’s a fast-paced environment, which keeps things interesting and constantly challenging in the best way. There’s always something new to learn, and you’re encouraged to step up, take ownership, and grow. If you enjoy being stretched and developing your skills, you’ll thrive here. What really sets Ansarada apart is the people. The team is made up of smart, driven, and approachable individuals who create a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. It makes a big difference to be surrounded by people who are both talented and genuinely great to work with. Overall, I’d highly recommend Ansarada to anyone looking for a dynamic, engaging workplace with an amazing culture. Anyone would be lucky to get a job here!

Pros

There are good people to work with and the office environment has some great views.

Cons

Flexibility is limited. Pay does not always match the workload. The role can feel broad, with responsibilities extending beyond the initial scope. Working hours can be long, with the expectations influenced by leadership, which can lead to burnout. There is a strong focus on the business performance which is sales and marketing driven. Feedback is collected but not always visibly acted on. Some workplace concerns are not always handled consistently. The office can feel quite cliquey. Career growth can be slow; people may work multiple roles for months before being offered a new position. Contributions to other teams projects are overlooked, with little to no recognition or opportunity to join those teams afterwards. Communication from leadership is unclear and vague, leaving staff uncertain about the companies direction and future plans. This lack of clarity can make it difficult for employees to plan their careers, understand priorities, or feel confident in leaderships decisions.
