    Pros

    - A values led culture where the voice of the employee is the heart of business - Good communication line from senior management down, and you are well connected to the global business - Progression paths are transparent - Great co-workers - Variety of interesting project work - Flexible working

    Cons

    Time on site with a client is a thing of the past since the pandemic. You must be comfortable and motivated to work in the virtual world to engage with your clients.

    Pros

    Gained wide range of project experience working for blue chip clients.

    Cons

    Very poor pay - definitely below market. Culture not great. Aiming to be the biggest not the best. Doesn't nurture staff well. Lack of management progress on well known and longstanding problems.

    Pros

    Exciting projects. Delivery of significant strides forward in sustainability. Significant client exposure. Wide-ranging projects. Get to drive real change.

    Cons

    Overworked. Underpaid. Undervalued. Poor wellbeing systems. Significant disconnect between employees and senior management. Inability to resolve ongoing company issues. Significant lack of diversity in leadership.

    Pros

    - Friendly, welcoming and driven colleagues who all share a strong interest in the company's sustainability ethos - Company's structure, operations and projects do truly reflect its net-zero values unlike some other environmental/sustainability consultancies - Young careers group which has helped me to meet colleagues since starting remotely due to COVID - Given interesting work, opportunities and responsibility from the start - Agile/flexible working is allowed

    Great colleagues who are enthusiast and engaged in the agenda Good team environment Opportunities to work on interesting and varied projects

    Pros

    Anthesis gives you the opportunity to grow and develop your ambitions with just the right amount of support from a great team of professionals. Anthesis is a place where being pro-active and inquisitive is promoted and encouraged.

    Cons

    It's an unprecedented period of time with a great deal of work coming through the door; which is good in a sense but will naturally make things challenging.

    Pros

    I've never been treated with as much respect as I have at Anthesis. Hard work is acknowledged and rewarded. Management are excellent. As such business has thrived during Covid.

    I've not really encountered any cons yet.
