Pros
Flexibility in working (work from home or office). Great company to start your career as you are exposed to various types of projects (technical, consulting, data analysis).
Cons
As like any other consulting group, works can get repetitive. However, Anthesis have had the opportunity to win new works recently.

Pros
The majority of Anthesis were really great to work with, and people were really passionate to drive sustainable change. Despite my cons section, there were some inspiring people who worked at Anthesis.
Cons
It has taken me significant time to write this review given my experiences were quite traumatic and left me with anxiety. I was based in the roots function and was made to feel as if we ‘didn’t bring the money’ in compared to billable consultants. There was bullying from direct senior management in the roots function. There was no support for my development and it was made quite clear that I was ‘replaceable’. Issues that were brought up to management were not dealt with transparency. And when I requested for an exit interview, I was denied this and instead was told to fill out a form, despite them knowing my situation. No follow up or concern happened when I filled out the form. I’m hoping this has changed since I left but I felt that the business really focused on protecting itself and not their employees, despite what is conveyed externally.

We are saddened by your comments which relate, we believe, to your employment in 2021. The well-being of our colleagues is our priority and we have zero tolerance for bullying. Our People & Development team have an open-door policy and we also give colleagues a confidential external whistleblowing line. We believe your comments were addressed at the time by our People & Development team and dealt with as per your request. Anthesis prides itself on its onboarding and leavers process, which has evolved over the last few years. So we can learn from anyone choosing to leave Anthesis, our process involves conversations between managers and their leavers, a survey to complete (should that be a preferred way to communicate) and discussions with our People & Development team and the leaver.

Pros
One of the best parts about the company is the people. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, and it's a very collaborative way of working. There are also great perks of the job, such as getting your birthday as an extra day of leave, as well as mandatory leave over Christmas. They value your input and welfare, as well as how hard you work.
Cons
It is a very agile way of working, so it is up to you to go out and get work and push yourself forward. For some people, they may find this hard to settle into and may find having less structure harder. However, this can be great for others. Help is there if you ask, but you won't have you hand held!

Pros
Purpose-led and fast-growing, Anthesis partners with an impressive roster of well-known brands globally. It values its colleagues and focuses on nurturing the Anthesis Spirit (our secret sauce!) through training and social activities to grow skills and relationships. It's great to surround yourself with clever and kind people daily!
Cons
The pace is fast (but rewarding!), so you have to enjoy being in that environment.

Pros
Amazing company with incredibly passionate people, who powered by purpose and impact. Everyone at Anthesis truly wants to see their colleagues succeed and goes above to beyond to insure everyone is included and supported. I think its the best company I have ever worked for.
Cons
As an extremely fast growing business this naturally comes with scaling issues - leaders are aware of this and are tackling any issues head on.

Cons
lack of transparency on salary lack of salary alignment throughout teams (ie two people of the same level may have very different salaries) lack of project manager training

A supportive work environment with a relaxed atmosphere that makes for a smooth transition into the company. The interviewing process itself was made very easy as the company were communicative throughout each step and moved relatively swiftly. Additionally, the flexibility with which you can work here helps create a good work-life balance.
Cons
No cons for the time being.
