Time on site with a client is a thing of the past since the pandemic. You must be comfortable and motivated to work in the virtual world to engage with your clients.

Very poor pay - definitely below market. Culture not great. Aiming to be the biggest not the best. Doesn't nurture staff well. Lack of management progress on well known and longstanding problems.

Anthesis gives you the opportunity to grow and develop your ambitions with just the right amount of support from a great team of professionals. Anthesis is a place where being pro-active and inquisitive is promoted and encouraged.
