You can find nice coworkers

Cons

Your manager make you write a review here using your working account, that's why they have that overall rating. Meetings outside working hours, even weekends or your days off. Weekends or night hours not paid. Shifts, 8 hours + 1 hour lunch usually are 9 hours and eating by your computer. Weird priority for calls.

Can earn good money, most calls are inbound.

Cons

Very long hours, calls are tedious as dealing with non tech savvy old people, and the sale is pretty unnecessary so you need to be very money driven.
