Low pay, nepotism, sending unqualified and unexperienced personnel on missions, not a-lot room for improvement. You just need to be young willing to work and nod your head to everything you hear.

Management personnel are worst, HR non co-operative, Fraud company, Fake MNC (Even new start ups are better than this), Capture candidates under contract, No leaves for 1 year from joining, T & C totally change after joining, Block your original documents, No. of salary deduction, Accommodation is very poor ( 8-10 candidates in 1 room at site ), Don't have quality projects , OK company for uneducated or 10th pass students, No safety at all, at site they say that the safety is employee's responsibility, Unsafe sites with heavy risk of death, all politics at sites.
