Pros

They'll pay your posted salary.. it might not be at market rate but if you're happy with only that then its probably good enough if you're struggling.

Cons

- Glacially slow progression - Consistently missed promises from global HR - Head of UK no longer has any power - Nobody cares anymore (and for good reason) Throughout the UK branch's history its once excellent communication and awareness has been stripped down to a soulless husk designed to put you into one of a couple clients remaining. You'll stay in this position until you realise that you're not paid market rate anymore and leave. A mass exodus of highly talented staff is currently happening and they're being replaced by people with sponsored visas and no talent.

Pros

I've had the opportunity to work at Apexon (UK) for some time now, and while there are undoubtedly talented individuals within the company, I can't help but feel that the organization is facing some significant challenges. One of the standout aspects of Apexon (UK) is its people. The team here is made up of dedicated, skilled, and passionate individuals who are genuinely committed to their work. The talent pool is deep, and there's a sense of camaraderie among the employees that makes it a pleasant place to be.

Cons

The main issue that looms over Apexon (UK) is the lack of substantial projects to work on. In recent months, the company has seen a noticeable decrease in available projects, which has led to unfortunate layoffs. This has left many employees feeling uncertain about their job security and future at the company. There have been changes in the leadership team, which, while not inherently negative, have added to the overall sense of instability. A cohesive, long-term vision for the company's direction over the next 5 years seems to be missing, and this lack of clarity is affecting morale and motivation among employees. The absence of a robust project pipeline is a glaring issue. Without a steady flow of projects, it's challenging for employees to grow, develop their skills, and contribute meaningfully to the company's success.

Pros

They provide VISA sponsorship with almost London pay across whole UK. Fully remote I haven't worked here ( See cons ). So, not sure of work culture

Cons

Revoked my offer which made me loose the residence status. Went through hell lot of pain. People who are in the UK and need Skilled worker VISA - Be careful and don't get attracted to VISA sponsorship. They might revoke the offer just before the joining day. You might end up leaving the country like me.
