Despite multiple follow-ups, the company failed to provide any work, access, or official onboarding materials. Complete Lack of Work Ethic/Integrity: The management team and primary contacts showed a complete lack of integrity by taking an advance payment and then failing to honor their contract/agreement to provide work. Time and Financial Loss: I wasted valuable professional time waiting for a promised start date and projects that never materialized. This has the hallmarks of a bait-and-switch or employment scam.
