mac books, beer parties, free food, good brand used to attract talent from Amazon and Yahoo, now we can't attract people from Cisco used to have a good referral bonus, now its a joke games and fun events are arranged often.
Cons
spine less management. The local management has little decision making ability. decisions happen in US and pushed on us. we used to be lied about by prospects, now the lies are about employee exits and layoffs. communication is overloaded with words like passion and respect, but not in action. Indian arm was treated like step child, now we are slaves. Hikes are minimal and bonuses are getting smaller or delayed. employees who suck up to US bosses get all the benefits. functions were being removed from India, layoffs are the latest event in our office.
