Horrible horrible communication, rather…what communication? Non management/board members/family members of the board or owners receive no support or backing. There is also gender discrimination that goes on. Can’t go to HR, because guess what?? Yep. Friends with board members. This company may not be around in 10 years if they don’t start supporting the solid employees since they’re all leaving. Trust no one-in fact stay away from this place.

Attractive sales commission when paid out appropriately, run like a small business, respectable owner that’s willing to support the sales effort
Cons
Low salary, accounting errors when calculating monthly commissions are prevalent, mismanaged organization with confusing hierarchy. Overall the organization can’t decide if they want distributor partners or dedicated sales people so there’s always animosity between the 2 methods to infiltrate the market
