      I enjoy supporting a small team of experienced Risk Managers - which allows me the opportunity to learn on the job and one day be promoted to Risk Manager as well.

      It is challenging work in that it can change every day depending on client and company needs. You do need to be super organized and adaptable,

      Great Company to Work For!

      Pros

      Forward thinking and open to ideas from the team. Management is good about setting the direction and letting you run with it. Teamwork is paramount in providing value to our clients. Each person handles their cases in their way...as long as the job gets done. Everyone is treated more like an entrepreneur than an employee.

      Cons

      It can be a fast-paced environment so if you're the type of person that likes a lot of down time, this may not be the company for you.
