Thank-you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you had such a negative experience - Appointedd would never want anyone to feel about their workplace like you clearly did. Bullying is indeed a very serious allegation and would always be managed with the utmost care if ever such an allegation had been made, however we have no record of this type of behaviour being reported in our business. We are always striving to make a supportive work environment for all our employees and run monthly eNPS surveys which are consistently ranked 9 or above (out of 10) for ‘how likely employees would be to recommend Appointedd as a place to work?’. Sadly I can see this would not have been the case for yourself and for this we are deeply sorry. We also always conduct exit interviews with anyone leaving the business in order to consistently improve. Of our 34 employees, only two are straight out of Uni and all salaries are regularly reviewed to ensure they are in line with industry averages, so accusations of exploitation seem unfounded. With so few Glassdoor reviews for the Company (9 in total), asking employees to post reviews after bad ones emerge is just not something we have the time or headspace for. In addition, we would never ask an employee to work on weekends. However we will endeavour to take all your feedback on board and do better because that is what we do. We appreciate your rating our technology, we do too. I hope that you have managed to find a role in an environment in which you are thriving.
