There's no other place like Apptegy in Little Rock. First, I've never felt more seen than I do here. My leadership sees potential in me that I don't always see in myself, and on more than one occasion I've been given opportunities to expand my skill set and grow in ways I hadn't even considered. I'm so much further along into my career than I would be if I worked anywhere else, and I know it's because of how much and how often I've been pushed here. Second, the people here are by far the sharpest, most talented, thoughtful, and compassionate people I've had the pleasure to work with. Prior to working at Apptegy, my #1 frustration was working with people who wanted nothing more than to do the bare minimum and collect a paycheck. That just isn't an issue here; we're all invested in our work (and in each other) and many of us take personal responsibility for the success of the company.

The culture is one of the best parts about working at Apptegy. Thoughtfulness and high performance are two of the core values of the company, and the people that Apptegy hires is a direct reflection of that. The company provides lots of opportunities to know your coworkers better on a personal level through group lunches, happy hours, a yearly retreat, and more, but it goes beyond that. Everyone that surrounds you pushes you to be the best version of yourself both in your career and in life.
