Business outlook
Pros
ADG has great projects to work on. A fun niche market, allows for creativity and imagination in design. The office is nice, and coworkers are not only extremely talented and knowledgeable, but a pleasure to work with. As a student I worked there, and they were very great about schedule flexibility - also they helped do the necessary steps with becoming licensed.
Cons
Challenges include a stagnation of technology progression. IE, upper management is old-school, and somewhat fearful of new technologies and software in design.
