Good colleagues at workplace and good location

- Stationery like paper is essential in the office, but the company wants to 'save money'. So, they only provide 1 ream instead of 1 box. This is very frustrating for the staff because they need to buy paper all the time when it runs out. - Boss expect too much from employee

Positive relationships with all colleagues, including the CEO. A noteworthy aspect of company culture is the daily lunchtime conversations that serve as a valuable icebreaker for employees. Offer comprehensive exposure to all stages of our work processes, ranging from front-end to back-end operations. Unless deemed critical or required for a meeting, there are no expectations for employees to work beyond their regular hours.
Cons
Head of department expect more when you have no experience on the job scope. Lack of communication and a difference in management styles will makes you doing anything you will feel wrong.
