      Unmotivated and toxic work environment

      Bank holiday and weekends off, pay okay.

      Cons

      If you're good at your job, you're ignored. The manager is on a power trip and dislikes anyone, who god forbid, does their job correctly. Member of staff reported being drunk while working, manager fully aware but didn't do anything. Lots of dodgy things going on, stock being moved, hidden, not counted. Being younger than everyone also means you're "not experienced". A place full of discrimination, toxicity and a manager who is terrible at their job.

      Can be flexible hours depending on location

      Cons

      No training, no support, bullying, harassment, terrible people in high positions treating people like crap, HR or top directors are not interested in helping, don't respond to emails.

      Your under great guidance of experienced chefs who really care about fesh produce creative menus and the customer #not

      Cons

      Experienced bullying in the work place staff cuts and aggressive behaviour and a blame culture its all about who you know not about how good you are give it a miss
