They have no documentation practices , no data security, confidentiality or basic understanding of review, management or other basic organisation skills. People have been sleeping and drinking onsite. Basic common sense is lacking

Many of our trainees move quickly into more advanced roles, thanks to the skills and experience gained during the programme. This faster path to growth often leads to earlier access to greater responsibilities and therefore to higher compensation than might be possible through more traditional career routes.
