Pros

Hardly any. Most of the employees were really nice but you sense there is something wrong. Those of us with a military intelligence background pick up on this because of HUMIT (Human Intelligence) training.

Cons

After speaking privately with at least four employees, I was instructed to move on. This is due in part to the overall communication breakdown with management. They need some good "Change Management" training.

Pros

None. A very small number of people are good because anyone remotely good leaves this place for better treatment and better opportunity.

Cons

Nothing worse than a clueless person thinking he knows it all. That is Arryve partners and their mousy directors in a nutshell. I never learned anything of value at Arryve. Communication and treatment is very abusive. Horrible benefits, astronomical attrition rate, backstabbing coworkers to name a few.
