Really nice people, who care about the work and are very capable at doing it well. They were supportive of my career growth, flexible with hours, and appreciative of my work. I would work there again, if I had the chance.
Cons
Since I worked off-site (in fact, out-of-state) I never actually met most of my coworkers in person. This was probably the only negative thing, as I was fairly isolated from the headquarters. I was not the only one working that way, either.
- Great colleagues and office culture. Very supportive both personally and professionally.
- Great work/life balance.
- Decent benefits for a nonprofit.
- Interesting projects and the ability to choose what you work on.
- Travel opportunities.
Cons
- Little room for advancement.
- Low pay. Some inequities between male and female compensation.
