      This place is a comedy show of incompetence

      Some of the field staff are amazing

      Cons

      Horrible management, leadership has zero experience and evidently zero training and do not know how to run this program. They manage poorly and lose all the good nurses then have to hire the bottom of the barrel nurses who do not know how to work in hospice. This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked for. If I could give negative stars I’d give a negative 10!!!!

      Four coworkers were fun and treated people with respect.

      Office full of young girls still trying to find themselves gossiped and back stabbed. Fake, jealous, cunning folks who loved drama and kept it going continuously.

      If I had to list one it would be helping patients but a lot of the time that goes by the wayside due to management being ineffective or not caring about patients or facilities they are in. It's all about numbers and meeting money to them not quality of care

      Cultist methods, manage by fear, if you have an opinion that does not match managements you are outcast. Management knows nothing about relationship building nor mantaining them. Money and number focused, Belittles and humiliated employees daily, covers up mistakes by blaming facilities of families of patients, micro managing to the extreme,
