Dishonest company- lacks integrity toward consumer and employee. High pressure sales- misleading of clients. Threatened every day regarding job. Praised one day and told can't do the job the next. Hostile environment. Training says do one thing- managers say another. Greed, greed and more greed.

Pros

Well-articulated corporate value statement, charismatic, believable CEO, convenient location, virtual work option for many positions, does great job of attracting highly competent workforce.

Cons

Little to no correlation between stated corporate values and actual operations. Rampant compliance issues, aging infrastructure, few opportunities for advancement, inadequate training, little oversight, terrified employees, whipped managers, wild-wild west direction and revolving door hiring.
