* Employees are frustrated, fed up, tired, and overwhelmed, and it's felt through the whole organization.
* Most of the code is over 20 years old and the UI looks like it was made in the 1990s. Enterprise companies are relying on this tool that constantly breaks, and their frustrations are taken out on the employees.
* Goals are consistently set and missed. Deadlines are promised to customers and not fulfilled.
* Team members are overworked and underpaid. People are given 3 - 4 job responsibilities at once, presenting more and more work as "opportunities for growth" without promoting or providing more compensation.
* Leadership does not demonstrate trust or show appreciation for their employees
* Do not promote, hire/fire, or manage the company by their values. Those in middle management are either "yes" people or they're demoted or removed
* The CEO can be openly demeaning to employees, either when they are present or when they are not present.
* There is a strong bias towards young white male leadership. There was more than one occasion where someone on the leadership staff made a derogatory comment or inappropriate comments to the women at the organization, who were severely outnumbered.
