coworkers are friendly, small company environment, and good experience
Cons
Family-owned environment leaving no room for growth, upper management can be very rude and unprofessional during meetings, benefits are terrible, and they make you work overtime all the time. You will not have a good work-life balance here. There are just too many cons to list for this company, just don't work here.
