Pros

Nice office. Some nice colleagues.

Cons

Can only speak from the perspective of a 'non-core' administrative role - however, the support staff are undervalued and reprimanded for slight slip ups in a way that I've not experienced at other companies. There is a strong 'put up and shut up' culture among those in administrative roles. It seems to be an open secret that some senior figures in the organisation may be in need of anger management counselling - their attitudes seem to explain the culture of fear among junior staff. Day-to-day relations within the support teams are friendly, but don't expect anyone to stand by you if things go wrong - the self-preservation tends to kick in pretty fast.
