It is the castiest Indian company,so if you are one of those who can leverage their surnames, can apply for it. Others do not even think about it, even if you pass aptitude or interview they will make sure you are failed

-There is nor diversity -Innovative,new ideas are not welcomed. -Same monotonous work and processes which are happening from last 65 yrs, typical Indian company resisting to change -The recruiting process is completely castiest, if your surname belongs to reserved category then do not even go for aptitude test or interview.They will face
