Pros

Some of the people I worked with and relationships I built.

Cons

Anything you can think of. C-suite are clueless (from the outside it seemed as if they were trying to run the company into the ground or were just trying to wing it), false promises, cheap and not willing to pay what they owe to people. Just a ridiculous waste of time if you value your career.

Pros

Great remote on boarding, training and development, you'll find the team is both professional and very approachable. There's an organic company culture at Asperii which is awesome for how it's growing. Interesting target customer base and there's plenty of challenging work to get involved with!!

Cons

None so far, you"ll enjoy it.. there's fantastic opportunity to specialise in all things Field Service related

Mostly remote but would love to have more office interactions or scoial events
