      Boss is stingy, Director smoke in office, being mean to junior colleagues Need to work on holiday if there is jewellery show

      poor working environment poor management lacking guidance but telling you are doing things wrong complicated human relationships not receptive of ideas for progression have medical insurance but unpaid sick leave can only take AL after working for a year
