Poorly managed, chaotic, disorganized

Pros

The teams operate somewhat independently so you can luck out and get on one that isn't "bad" per se. Pay is competitive. If you absolutely need work you can get by at this place.

Cons

Turnover is ridiculous and for good reason. Lack of resources in crucial areas leads to overworked and unhappy employees. Terrible open office environment not conducive to actually getting work done. High turnover has lead to rampant tech debt in all areas of the organization without many veteran experts to explain it all. Many of the teams operate as the opposite of a well-oiled machine. Many impediments to finish your work exist and there isn't much effort to put processes in place that streamline or eliminate those barriers for you. Mismanaged projects lead to "rushed" and haphazard efforts to make go live deadlines while leaving employees in the lurch.

As a rapidly growing organization things can be chaotic at times but we rely heavily on employee input to make sure we stay on track - I encourage you to reach out to a member of the leadership so we can better understand where/how we need to improve. As a current employee your feedback, insight, and overall happiness is incredibly important to us.

Pros

People try to earn their keep while they seek for other jobs, collaboration is there from most, but many are so tired and overworked that they just barely do what is needed to keep the job. Most are friendly.

Cons

Benefits are poor, salaries are non competitive, growth opportunities are NOT there, there is no encouragement, motivation, or a platform to advance in knowledge or skill set. Tuition reimbursement or seminars forget about it. You become stagnant at this company. The office setting is horrible. There is no space, everyone is crammed in top of each other, very poor design. The turnover ratio is unbelievable. They can't keep resources. Few of the directors are a joke that have zero management skills and are a complete bottleneck. The call center people walk around constantly and steal from the kitchen area. The snacks are the cheapest kind you can get and limited. The roadmap for this year if plenty but not enough people to fulfill and they have the audacity to say that they have the capacity. Company is client centric and does not care about employees. No life work balance.

Establishing and maintaining an inclusive and positive culture is one of our main priorities, especially as we continue to grow. As a current employee I would love the chance to speak to you 1:1 regarding your concerns. I truly believe that if we stick together and work through these issues as team the outcome will be amazing and well worth it!

Pros

Easy location off I-4, free snacks, free parking

Cons

In my decades of professional experience, I have never witnessed such back stabbing and bullying to the point of abuse. There were times I sat in shock while senior members told personal information to groups of people that was not meant to be shared laughing about it behind closed doors, personal attacks, degradation, vicious name calling and mean as a snake corporate climbers. Since leaving, I can see more clearly the culture for what it was. If you are thinking about working there -- beware.
