      There are no pros to working at this place.

      Cons

      Owners are shady and have no interest in patient care. Double standards are a way of life in this organization. No growth opportunities DO NOT WORK HERE

      It can be very helpful at times to work for a family owned business. They try to work with you during family crisis.

      Cons

      Your family crisis just better not be during busy season or your going to be let go pretty fast. The owners are all about the bottom line.
