      Pros

      I have been a full time developer for a long time. Pros include 1) Good learning Curve 2)Open door system, so anyone can suggest anything 3)Challenging work 4) Use of cutting edge technology 5)If you want to start your career in IT and really become good in cutting edge technologies in a short span of time, this is the company to work for. 6) Interviews are interesting. They would select only 1-2 out of 100. It is tough to clear their interviews.
