      Fast paced, I am constantly learning and adapting. Ambitious company and with a great culture. Compassionate leaders who take action to support you. There is a purposeful mission which will transform the jewellery industry

      Fast paced environment is not for everyone but incredibly rewarding for those who embrace it

      Great place for well-rounded designers

      Pros

      The product team is small but very efficient. Everyone on the team is so empathetic and works towards the same goal. The product is a very comprehensive supply chain management tool. You will have chances to work on many different type of features, such as products management, orders, shipments, business intelligence and so on.

      Cons

      Lack of resources. But with the new hires in the last 6 months, especially the tech leads and head of product, I can see the company is heading the right direction.

      Pros

      Learning culture - at speed. This business is a brilliant place to develop and get exposed to far more, quickly, than in most environments. The team is supportive and if you are willing to push yourself and take ownership of your role, you will succeed.

      Cons

      If you don't want to put the work in and are focussed on finding an easy life (without developing quickly) then this might not be for you
