      Everything here seems cons. No proper salary, They want employees to work 24x7 for the company, No salary hike, No promotion, No safety , No leave, Work Overload and Saturday is also a working day. 12 + working hours a day.

      1)One man show do not how to run a company 2)On leaving the company they will not give experience certificates and will not relieve properly 3)they force to work in night and saturday and treatment employees badly mostly 12 hours a day 4)They promise bonus they never give no increment and no proper co ordination

      - Long working hours till late evenings (minimum 10-12 hours per day) - Will ask to work on weekends and holidays - Can deduct salary/reduce salary anytime - Won't give relieving letter post resignation - No full and final settlement post resignation - Harass and threaten employees
