Let me be absolutely clear: ever since reaching "unicorn" status, the C-suite at this company has been an utter disaster. The shockwaves of August 2023 still resonate—50% of our workforce axed in one fell swoop. And why was it such a shock? Because month after month, we were spoon-fed a diet of so-called "BIG WINS" and rosy updates about growth and progress. What a load of rubbish! In our all-hands meeting, led by Blake, the CEO, and Mike, the CFO, they fed us more lines. They claimed these brutal cuts were to "save" the business, assuring us there were funds until June 2024. Blake had the audacity to joke about not wanting to be "BALD & BROKE", promising that Atmosphere 2.0 was in safe hands. We, the employees, pleaded for just one thing—transparency. They agreed, but it was just empty words. Then, just four months later, another round of layoffs right before the holidays! The Platform sales team, the content team, the CSM team—all gone, leaving a mere handful in sales. My advice? Stay well away from this organisation. Since Leo left, it's been a downward spiral. I'd bet there'll be no Atmosphere by 2025. This year, 2024, marks the time for the founders to bail out while they still can. Consider yourselves warned.
