Cons
Atomic Robot is engineer-led which in many ways is a huge plus. However, as a non-developer/non-designer, there are moments when the culture or organization of the company doesn't include positions outside of those categories. This has definitely improved as the company has grown and added more non-developer/non-designer roles.
