      Pros

      small company, so you can get to know people quickly. Good amount of onsite opportunities, duration may vary after going to onsite.

      Cons

      Internal Systems and policies not properly defined HR and finance teams are very slow and rigid, so any issues are very difficult to get resolved Constant threat of job loss, this makes it difficult to work and plan for long term

      Good for Freshers,Bad for Laterals

      Nice campus, Good Banking,Insurance,Automotive project

      Cons

      Not good for laterals, No good compensation as compared to other companies..only few bugs for over time work No value of laterals. 14-15 hours per day work even office time is 9 to 6 HR management listen to only higher mgmt...No value for employee.
