      Pros

      A true family atmosphere--in the best sense of the word. We all enjoy each other's company, we want each other to succeed--there's no dead weight--everyone is working toward a shared goal of making our clients happy. Recently re-organizing to incorporate feedback from the team, moving to unlimited time off, keeping great medical benefits, matching 401(k), continuing to improve based on feedback.

      Cons

      A few stumbles as the team reorganizes--working to standardize and improve methodology and structure--but everyone doing their best to keep improving.
