ATUM IT does not given the last 2 months of salary to it's employee like me, though I have the last 2 payslips, once I resigned from the company.
I have filed a case in court, against them, to recover my 2 months salary.

Yes there was a criminal case filed by company for faking all his experience and it is sub judicial, hence can not comment on this.
Its a consulting institute not a company .collecting money from freshers and no training is provided,we need to learn by yourself.There is no implementation projects, they had only support projects and still the current employees are on bench , waiting for projects .
if you want to be a part of organisation u need to execute a bond for 2 years by submitting your original certis (10th or graduation) and you have to submit a cheque of 2Lac

as an employee of atum it , we suggest you not to join in atum it, specially as SSDP,
1.management had strong attitude problem
2.management will not stand on their words
3.you will not have an working environment

Off late SAP is moving everything in to cloud from on premise model. Hardly there are consultants out in the market with these skills and we are trying our level best to bridge the skill gap in this area.
15K REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is being collected from all the selected guys for this SAP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, based on our previous experiences to ensure that the machines we give for practicing would not lose hard disks, RAMs etc.
We do not charge for ups killing the guys but we charge the refundable deposit that while trying to impart the knowledge, we will not want lose our shirt and pant by few bad apples, in the way of lifting the hardware parts of the company's machines.
Once the SSDP program is complete and we find the young engineers are suitable to be trained we take them as Associates and the organization spends lot of time, money and other resources to make them professionals.
While we invest in to the individual careers of the prospective Consultants, we do not want that the trained resources after getting trained from our organization join some other company, without we not even recurring the expenses made on the prospective resources. Hence we are expecting the associates who join us will serve the organization for a minimum period of 2 years, so that it would a win win to both organization and to the associate.
While there are 5 million odd fresh engineering grads out there in the market, we want to pursue the journey with only those, who got a great commitment towards their future and who will stand for sustainable relationship.
