      Room for lots of growth in the company, only limited by your own potential. 4 day work weeks. Company really appreciates and recognizes good workers.

      Cons

      10 hr days can be a bit long sometimes, can be a challenging job to learn.

      Pros

      I've been working at Auctionmaxx for over 6 years now and there have been a lot of positives over that time. The schedule of working 4 days and having a 3 day weekend is amazing, and having a shutdown over the winter holidays is great as well. It's a fast paced environment, which suits me well, and for the 4 working days it's go go go. After being with the company for over 2 years they offer profit sharing, which is a nice quarterly bonus to receive. The workplace environment is very positive and theres a lot of good people working here, which makes the longer days pass by quickly. Overall it's been a great place to work and I look forward to continuing with them

      Cons

      The biggest downside for me would be the temperature during the hot and cold months, it is a warehouse environment so it's as expected, but as long as you layer up in the winter and dress down in the summer there isn't to much of an issue.
