Pros

Really great team work, with all staff invited to contribute across all areas of the business. The culture is inclusive and open, and there is a genuine attention on mental health and personal development. Leadership is calm, focused and communicative on strategy and how we are doing.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Reasonable pay and some good people at lower levels. Enjoyable social events when they happen. Good product but not quite as good as sold.

Cons

Confused Management structure resulting in too much politics and no decision making! Staff care is minimal, no employee review in the 3+ years for me isn't acceptable. Product overpriced for the market. High employee turnover in an industry which requires stability.

This is a company going places. Some excellent acquisitions over the last 2 years have seen the company increase in size and the number of customers we support grow massively. The SLT have a clear focus to make us stand out amongst the crowd, and they're delivering massive change. Importantly, they're ensuring staff are part of the process and incredibly well informed

Cons

No cons sprint to mind. I'm 100% happy
