there's a long list to this and if you really care about your career graph, pls don't ignore these - It's a totally CEO led company. even the smallest of decisions are micro managed by him ( ofcourse with the insights received by some of his loyal flattering employees) - your experience doesn't count. its a no brainer job. Do what you are told to do and just keep agreeing with the management to be in their good books - they hire and fire at the drop of a hat. most people last here for few months only - there is no clear vision for the products they build. The objective changes from time to time depending on the funds they may have. - there is zero marketing efforts to sell their product. they are just trying to dupe clients and survive with that money.

Well a entire thesis can be written on this, but will provide the highlights Have given 1 star as couldn't rate any lower The organisation is basically a scam operating under the name of a "start-up". They use outdated technology and claim to world leaders in XR, whatever that means... the technical team basically sits around in the chennai office enjoying home-cooked meals,having a nice siesta and playing games. There is no marketing team...there are a few people who sometimes write some blogs and stuff... basically zero spend Then the "Great" HR team... they can't more more insensitive to basic human feelings even if they tried.They will bully you to take lower salary, will promise you giant bonuses , will do anything to reject your reimbursements book your flights at 3 am at night and put you up in a hotel in the middle of a slum. Also at the time of your resignation they will try to not pay your severance package or your pending payments. The sales team is a mess, they hardly manage to make one or two sales every year, No I am not joking, the product is so ridiculous it is almost impossible to sell it.Every 6 months they have to hire an entire sales teams as most people just quit out of frustration or are fired at the drop of a hat. In last 3 years, 6 sales teams have been fired or left. The CEO has absolutely no vision or even the remotest idea about technology, he is just a philosopher with basically a huge bag of money.He is just burning crores of rupees a month with literally zero revenue, and he doesn't seem to care. Sole decision maker in the company, nobody else has a voice. Everyone in the top management is his Yes man. There are a few so called "industry experts" who occupy top director level/VP level positions, they literally don't to any work, just there to enjoy the perks and salary till the startup shuts down, when the CEO loses his patience or the bag of gold, which ever lasts longer.
