Outdated technology doesn't lend itself to resume building. Hard to stay current working on legacy systems. Java...a microcosm of a macrocasm. Also...waterfall that is called Agile is still waterfall, IMO.
Some flex hours, can work from home if needed. Jeans on Friday, some free luncheons Some nice coworkers There's really not much I can say here unfortunately

This is a free for all company. everyone saving their own back from getting laid off. typical one gets rich on the back of employee. Benefits = 0, Job security =0, They literally ask you to stay over time for the bank hour which they will never pay for.
